Question Need advise for slide-out mod.

First of all forgive my bad english

Have a 2510 RB Passport 2011 and I heard about water going in the lower portion of the slide-out just where the "darco" (black paper under slide out) and the white strip meets and it makes the floor delaminate.

Anyone made a mod to prevent water to pass thrue this "darco" ?

Hope you understand my problem

Thank you.

I read somewhere in one of these forums where a guy installed aluminum drip edges strips under the existing white moulding strip to help direct water out and away from the underside.
I experienced a small leak in this area on one of my slides on my 2010 fiver. I was able to repair and reseal the area before any damage occurred. Yes, in my opinion the edging that is used on slide outs is a poor design. It is just a problem. Waiting to happen. This is why it is best to keep slides closed when not in use.
