Winegard 360/Router

Hello! I have a 2021 Springdale Mini. It came preinstalled with the 360 Winegard Dome Antenna and was “wired” for plug in and use Router
I removed the cap off of my ceiling as directed. The 3 little wires are there but the 12 Volt power cord that I was supposed to be able to splice the connector to is a solid wire.. no place to splice??
Want to see how yours came. And how do I connect router

The green and white are your 12V. Green is positive, white is negative. Make sure you disconnect the battery and unplug the camper from any power source before you splice into those wires. See link below for Keystone's wire colors.

Sorry I can’t help with your question. But I’m thinking of getting the winegard 360+ and winegard router. I have att for phone service. Keep us posted on how it works good or bad. Also what service are you going to use with it?

Bill,
I do understand about the wiring. The problem is I have the connector wire that I’m supposed to splice in but it is my understanding that the green/ white would be ready with wire caps so I could splice easy.
My wire has no end.. it’s just a loop that drops out of the ceiling hole.

Then how do I splice it? I can connect the wire they included to one end of the splice but then what about the other piece?
Has anyone connected a router to the Springdale?

You'll have to cut the grn/wht, then splice in the router wires with the wire caps. Essentially you'll have three stripped ends for both positive and negative wires. Connect both greens to the positive wire on the router, and then connect both white wires to the negative wire on the router.

Both greens together with the positive router wire. And both whites together with the negative router wire.
