It looks like some "interior designer" at Keystone decided that customers want the convenience of seeing a switch in the dark. That "interior designer" obviously has never boondocked in an RV where battery power is "all you have to illuminate those switches" and when it's gone, EVERYTHING is dead....
IMHO, that "interior designer" should be forced to walk through a busy "dog walk" barefoot and without a flashlight on the darkest of nights while "negotiating the bombs left by those active dogs" to see just what "no power" really means.... Until then:
I'd pull one of the switches and see if there is an external jumper wire from the hot pin on the switch to the light bulb pin... If so, you can "pull that wire" and remove power from the "constant on bulb"... If there is no jumper wire, then you'll probably need to find "non-illuminated switches" at an RV parts store and just replace them. I doubt any dealership will spend the money/man-hours to replace them for you (after the sale) knowing that Keystone won't warranty the changeout. Now, if you catch it before you "sign on the dotted line" you might have some negotiating power to fall back on.
