Generator auto start fail

I just completed first 4 day dry dock trip in Fuzion 428. I wanted to see how long I could go without using generator with the 400i solar package and bright sun everyday. My plan was to use auto start feature on the generator thue inCommand

Of course in the middle of the 3rd night, I woke up to low voltage alarm on the invertor remote switch.

My first thought was auto start failed because batteries had gotten to low to start the generator and now I was goi g to be stuck using the truck to jump start the generator. But, when I checked inCommand I did see auto start failed message and did try to start generator and it started right up.

I was around 19% left on baterries and 10.8v. I was happy to know I could get that low and still start generator without a problem.

Anyone know what causes the auto start to fail? Am I expecting too much?
