Welcome to the forum

Trekwood is a parts dealer and a quick check doesn't show any vinyl flooring. I am afraid your not going to find the matching pattern at the factory. Too many times the patterns change based on price per foot and can change yearly or even midyear. Depending on how bad the tear is, you might be able to find a flooring repair person locally. We have used a couple of different stores and I have seen some pretty bad tears look factory new.

Here's one link to the vinyl flooring used. Keep in mind that it's $30 a running foot, so depending on how much you need, add shipping and you'll probably find that it's cheaper to replace the entire floor locally than to buy a few feet and have it shipped to you to "piece in a repair".
