Welcome from a fellow Texan! Let me know how you like that Cougar. That is one of the ones on our short list for a new trailer.

Its been great so far, only a couple of issues with things not being tight enough. Today as a matter of fact. A PEX fitting under the sink is loose, I was able to tighten it but its gonna need to be replaced. six months full time living and it made it through summer with no problems. I can say its not an all season camper. The sides of the slides are not as thick on insulation as the rest of the walls. you can really tell when the cold air hits up against the RV but we get 30 mph most days around here. Both A/C's work like a champ and the ducting is great. Pulls like its not even behind my Chevy.
