Outdoor Kitchen Fridge - Door open/closed

What are your thoughts on the best way to manage the outdoor kitchen fridge? It’s running and cooling well, but is it better to leave the kitchen door open or close it up? Trying to decide to leave it open to the 95 degree heat, or close it up and reduce the airflow around the little fridge. Thoughts?

I find that the outdoor kitchen compartment is always cooler than outside when I leave the compartment door shut, even with our 100° NM heat

I keep ours open, at least a few inches but close it up at night to keep critters out.

place a thermoneter inside the compartment, fridge, outside.
compare them to each other at varies times. that will answer this question very well.

Ours is on 24/7 most of the time the door is closed. In our unit there is NO insulation between the living space and the outside kitchen.
