Television problem

Just got our new to us 2012 outback Sydney 5th wheel today. Tried the TV, had the antenna up & tv said no input. Had the source on TV & it kept asking to run channel search, did it 25 times & nothing. Checked the cable, secure at both ends. does the radio/dvd player have anything to do with it? I think not.
It was working at the dealership before they delivered it.
TIA.

Is the power button on the antenna booster turned on? You should have a small green light on the Winegard booster.

Has someone modified the booster switch to bypass the 12V feed to allow them to use the same connector for satellite?

Is there by chance, two different coax cables in the tv area one for the external connector and one for the roof antenna?

How close are you to tv stations and is the antenna facing their towers???
You can download an app for a smart phone Called "TV antenna helper FREE" to help you aim the antenna properly. JM2˘, Hank

There are 2 male connectors in the TV area. Tried them both.
I can get a signal & watch the bedroom TV but not the LR.
It did work at the dealership during PDI, but not once it got here.

Thanks!
