Rear gear box leaking

We have a 2016 Tiffin Allegro Open Road. And I notice the rear gear box is leaking oil. What could cause this.

Could be a couple of things, most likely a seal. 2016 means it should be a warranty item. Is it a V10 or pusher?

V10 would mean it needs to go to a Ford dealer, pusher is on a freight liner chassis.
