I need to just read about it from the manual but simple question is, does it work on electricty or propane?

It works on propane with a 12 volt (battery) powered blower/control system. There is no "electric heater" to warm the coach. If you want that option, you'll need to buy a stand alone plug in 120VAC heater. Most people choose a small "cube heater" to supplement their furnace (if they want anything at all). Remember that you won't have any heat to the underbelly tanks and plumbing unless the furnace is operating to blow hot air into that space.

We just go with the propane heat. Don't have any electric to date.
