Awning LED Strip

Anyone changed the color of their LED strip? Tint it or something? Ours is white and just too darn bright. I prefer the soft yellow to be honest.

You could effectively remove the existing strip. There may be adhesive or securing screws in place to contend with. Mine is just as bright (and obnoxious) as yours. I only use it when setting up after hours or if I'm looking for something urgently at night. It stays off otherwise.

Ive recently added 30 feet of yellow/amber waterproof strip to the under-carriage of my tt for ground lighting. Works so much better for our needs than the awning variety. With a few decorative awning lights and the ground lights, we can walk around the campsite without tripping over items and the "campfire ambiance" is retained.

We do have awning lights but i haven't put them up on the new rv yet. Honestly, they're kind of a pain to put up, all those clips, that i was hoping to find a simple solution for the led strip.

I think Carefree makes two options for replacement exact fit. If that's your brand.
They are quite bright but if you have an electronic awning, you can position it more rolled In and the lights shine across the awning, or rolled Out more and they shine more outward.
