Kudos to TireMinder, INC....
So last weekend, the Toy Hauler went out for the very first camping/trackday weekend. I had previously bought a TireMinder Smart TPMS system for it and installed it a couple of months ago. Everything was setup properly and baseline psi numbers were put in. While on the trip, both going to and coming home from, the TireMinder alerted me to a low pressure condition, first on the front driver's side tire, then on the rear Driver's side tire. Five alerts total, and tire pressure was where it was suppose to be. After returning home and getting unpacked, etc., I sat down on Monday evening and sent an email to customer service at TireMinder Research, explainging in great detail what had taken place. Tuesday morning I got a reply from Todd and he told me that he would sent two new transmitters that day. A couple of hours later, I had a shipping notification that they would be here on Friday.
I would like to give a huge  to TireMinder's Customer Service for their very quick response to an issue. Every product, sooner or later, at one time or another will experience a malfunction/issue, but the Customer Services and how they respond to it is what sets a company apart from others. TireMinder not only responded quickly, they sent out two new transmitters quickly and I now have them installed on the T.H. Just thought I'd let y'all know about their Customer Service.

Having owned the Tire Minder TPMS now for years, not surprised, same level of service I am used to over all these years. As I have stated in previous posts EXCELLENT customer service supporting a very good product. I have been monitoring 12 tires since purchased Raptor and Silverado, would not pull out of driveway without them. What a combination Carlisle Radial Trail RH/HD tires and Tire Minder TPMS.

Paraptor, where/how do you come up with 12 tires??? I keep wanting to ask. Do you monitor both your spares?

If the trailer is triple axle that's 6. If TV is a dually that's 6 more for a total of 12.

TRUCK (7)
2 front, 4 rear, 1 spare
RAPTOR (5)
2 AXLES FOUR TIRES, 1 SPARE
Do not carry multiple spares on either one so like to know spare has proper air in it 
One non folding ladder, that has to store in garage

Can't say I've ever had TPMS. I have an older Diesel and therefore 5 gauges on the pillar, that's enough to watch.

I agree Do not need more stuff on dash with flash numbers . That is one reason I chose Tire Minder TPMS over others like the TST507. Do not need real time data continually flashing in front of me. Basically want a monitoring system to alarm based on real time data going outside of set points, then and only then do I need to pay attention to the real time data, therefore the Tire Minder TPMS

That was one of the selling points for me with the Smart TPMS system by TireMinder....the monitoring of the system is done via an app on my smartphone. If an alert occurs, even if the phone is in sleep mode, it will alert me, as it pushes an alert to the phone. I keep my phone in a cradle while travelling, plugged into a charger and it's a matter of waking the phone up and looking at the app's display of the tires being monitored.

Even if you choose not to use a smart phone the Tire Minder receivers are small. Mine is about the size of the original flip phones. If anyone remembers them

First cell phone for me...1993.....Motorola flip phone! Yep, I remember it well. I have to say though, I like the smartphones a lot better....there are just so many things that can be done on them from GPS, to online banking, internet, email, password managers......they even have lap timer apps for use on a track, although I do have a dedicated lap timer on the track bike.

Lucky you didn't get the non-folding patio stairs.
