Main slide not working
We have a 2019 springdale 303bh. Today we moved campsites. At campsite 1 the camper and all components worked fine. We moved to a new campsite and everything works fine except the main slide will not go out! No sounds at all. The bunkhouse slide works, the lights on the slide works and all other controls on the panel works.
We have unplugged and re plugged, we have taken it off the power and put it back on the truck.
Checked fuses, swapped fuses
Please help

Welcome to the forum!!
Sorry for the circumstances, what type of slide is it? Knowing the type of mechanism will help us help you.

Ok. With it retracted, look behind it and tell me if there is a motor on the wall in the middle with cables? If not then it’s most likely electric with a motor underneath the trailer.

Ok. It’s late so let’s just get it extended so you can enjoy your night. If you look at the frame on the opposite side of the slide, you should have a rod sticking out a little bit with a hex head. Your stabilizer jack handle will turn that and “over ride” the electric motor. If you don’t have the jack handle it’s 3/4”.

Ok. Then the override is on the gearbox, under the coroplast. Your slide rides on two square tubes and one of them has the motor and drive mechanism. If you can drop the edge of the coroplast you can determine where to cut an access hole. When you cut the hole only cut 3 sides and create a flap. The hinge part should be forward.
You can over ride the slide at that point, but first check the connections at the motor. I’ve seen the connections come apart and it’s a simple check.
