Soft Floor in 2015 Couger 33RES

We are feeling soft spots in the floor in front of the entry door. It is getting progressively worse. There is no sign of any water leaking into the floor. It never got wet. Wondering if this would be covered under warrantee (over 1 year old) and how expensive to repair. Thinking of trading it in. Would dealer nail me on the trade-in price because of the floor? Also many problems with quality throughout camper. Thanks for feedback.
