The "Control Box" has a cover (black) that needs to come off to access the two mentioned glass fuses. IIRC, there is one screw and then the cover snaps off (with some difficulty)...the fuses are located under the cover.
While in there, plug a lamp of something into the plug where the heating element for the refrigerator plugs in (a standard AC plug assembly). That will tell you for sure (regardless of interior plugs) whether the refrigerator is getting AC. If the AC plug in the refrigerator hatch works and the glass fuses are intact, the possibility that the controller board has "gone south" rises
The stock boards aren't terribly reliable and there are several "better" after-market makers of those controller boards out there, should that be the problem.
