Windows 19FBPR

We are in the process of purchasing a new 19FBPR. Wondering how the ventilation is, awning windows do not seem to open very wide and there is no window to left of entry door. Also, entry door on piston, any issues or concerns there?

One thing I like about our 19FBPR is that it has windows in the side walls of the slide, so it's very easy to get air flow across the dinette. The coach has a total of 6 opening windows, the door, and 2 roof vents. That's 9 openings all in a 19 foot box, so we have not felt lacking for ventilation.....but I should qualify my remarks by saying that we've only used it 2x so far.

I did not want te door pistons but I think they will work out. Sounds like you will have good ventilation but you can always run your fan without the AC being on.

They ventilation is ok my 22rbpr. Almost exact same trailer. The only problem with the door piston is leaving it open and a gust of wind comes by.

Welcome to the forum Tom.

Although we don't own a Premier, I agree with MISailor... having 9 openings in a smaller trailer, airflow probably wouldn't be a problem. If need be, and for boondocking,
you could add a reversible 12-volt fan to the over-head (crank open) vent in the kitchen/dining area. There's 3-4 brands available that fit directly into the existing vent
opening & have a variety of features. Several forum members have added them & posted info in the "Modifications" section.

It looks like the strut for the door might be there because of the awning arm. My 2 doors are on struts, one door would block the water heater exhaust and the other door would potentially hit an open awning window.

After spending the hottest two weeks of lasr summer in our 19FBPR, we learned two things:
1. We love the Bullet!
2. In extreme heat (100 + in northern NY for several days), you need either AC or a fan for circulation)
One of the first additions on our return was a Fantastic Fan in the kitchen vent.

Thank you all for your ideas and thoughts. I should add that we are on the road a lot, 150 days last year, so inevitably we end up dry camping a fair amount so no air conditioning. Flip side is that we tend to go off season so excessive heat not usually the problem.
