DICOR or Alpha Systems self leveling sealant is a "best if used by" product, so don't buy more than you think you'll use in the next couple of months. When you get it home, store it in the refrigerator or in a "cool, dry location". Leaving it on a shelf in the garage where the sun hits the tubes through the window will hasten its service life.
Once you "do the inspection" to determine if you have EPDM or TPO roofing membrane, then you can "be overly cautious" and buy the appropriate "dispersant agent blend" sealant or, you can use the "old style sealant" and you might/might not notice some "cosmetic puckering" (that doesn't affect membrane serviceability) if using the "slow dispersant sealant". In other words, it's not "earth shattering" to use EPDM sealant on a TPO roof and it won't cause your trailer to "fall over and die, wheels up".
I guess what I'm saying is that it's not "rocket science" where you'll destroy anything by using "original formula DICOR" on a TPO roof.
That said, there are two "blends" of sealant in "non-self leveling" and "self leveling", one blend for EPDM and one blend for TPO. Most find that using either "blend" interchangeably makes no difference in outcome, protection factor or pocket book....
