Solar Prep connector on Passport

I just bought a 2016 Passport and it has a "Solar Prep" connection. The Keystone booklets say nothing about it. Would anyone know details, such as does Keystone incorporate a built-in regulator or controller, is there a maximum solar panel wattage, and what type of corresponding plug is needed to plug into the solar prep? Thanks!!

Nothing like that. it is just a fused wire running to the battery from a proprietary connection. You would have to purchase the panel from furrion that has the charger and regulator in it and plug into the furrion connector.
