333mks rear hitch install.

Anyone have a detailed explanation on how to attach a hitch that can pull a jet boat from the rear of a 333mks with the slide? And if a special licence is needed? I can get my class a non commercial and wanted to know if it was legal and how to do it.

In Calf. As I remember you will need a CDL, and total length cannot exceed 65 feet. When I asked CHP back in about '97 or '98 I thought I remember something about a brake endorsement too. Laws may have changed, but I am certain the length limit is still 65 ft.

As far as the hitch: I would talk to a local welding shop for price and such.

When I was asking CHP back then about length, the LEO I talked to said "if your acting in a safe fashion, we might let 70' go, act a fool and I will impound at 65'1".

Take for what its worth, but I wouldn't go over the legal limit.
