Recently installed mine and it worked out very well. I mounted mine in front of the wheels. My trailer is an open I-Beam construction. I searched high and low for the best deal and most online suppliers were charging crazy shipping rates. PPL wanted $120! I ordered it through my local RV service facility and it cost $110 and no shipping!

Install was fairly straightforward but you really need to follow "measure twice and cut once" philosophy. When I first decided where I was going to monut it I forgot how it would fit up with the tire on it!! I kept measuring the rack and the things around where it would be and it seemed great then I got this flash, "dummy, the the tire is going to hit the holding tank outlet like that!". Luckily I hadn't drilled or cut anything yet. So, just look at every possible interference before you got to cutting and drilling

A few pictures:

That install is right on top of the Steadyfast system too. Nice install.

This is a neat mod and timely as I have been wondering about where I could move my spare tire in order to mount a rack or bin on the rear of mine too. Thanks fellas.
