Soft spongy floor

Hi i have put my 2014 5th wheel in service in the spring of 2015. I travelled to the east coast and back, then went to florida the winter of 2016 for a couple of months returning to ontario in mid to late april. That summer i started to notice the floor getting a bit soft and payed no attention to it until the next summer and called keystone. Was past warranty but put a note to file. to make a long story short the floor seems to be getting worse each summer i use. A friend of mine has a moisture meter and decided to do some investigating and as a result have found that the floor on the main slide area shows a moisture problem. I looked underneath and have notice above the wheels the floor that supports the main slide seems week. the covering from the factory is not disturbed at all but i think water is getting in between the covering and the floor area. My thoughts are that the underneath above the wheels are not very well sealed and should be in my mind. I am thinking of redoing the floor with a laminate. has anyone done this? what are the pit falls? can it be done easily? any and all suggestions are appreciated. Brian
