How tall is your Alpine?

I recently saw what happens when the overpass is too low for a fiver. Unfortunately the Outback rv lost it's bedroom a/c unit. I am wondering how many fiver owners know the height of their rig hitched to their truck? I will put this on my to do list next spring.

Dunno the exact height... But I consider id 13'6" (the DOT unpermitted maximum)... I know it's close to that.

Any overpass marked at 13' or less ... I find another route. Just over 13'? I may still look for another route!

My Fuzion is 12'10" I consider a minimum of 13' for terrain, etc. I try to stay away from obstructions 13'2" or lower.

Anyone who pulls a trailer should know how tall it is, should be a federal reg have the height on the weight tag as it comes from the factory. As a volunteer firefigter have seen way two many accidents with drivers not knowing how tall, wide, low their vehicles/trailers are. With todays new large fiftwheels this becomes very important.

Just be careful of posted heights. Roadway might have been paved over & may be lower than the posted height. Leave yourself a little extra room.
