For those with "limited artistic capability", spraying or brushing a "repair kit coating" on the sink can (and if you're like me, will) leave a less than professional end result......
That said, every store that sells fiberglass showers, tubs and sinks will have a "bath tub refinisher" on call to repair scratches, scrapes and dings that are caused by contractors and plumbers who install their products.
Just go to Home Depot, Lowe's or any "tub retail store" and tell them what you problem you have. Chances are great that they have the name/phone number of at least 2 or 3 local people who make a living "refinishing cracked tubs"...
When we built out house, the plumber dropped a pipe wrench in the whirlpool tub, leaving a "nasty scratch"... When DW found it during our frequent walk throughs, she told our builder who called the place where he bought the tub. They came out to repair it, after they finished, even my "picky eyed DW" couldn't find the gouge..... Cost, back in 2003 when we built, was about $20.
