Dometic Refrigerator

Anybody else have issues with their refrigerator blowing the fuse that switches it between shore power and propane? I have a 2021 Cougar 364BHL that randomly blows the fuse labeled F4 on the panel, appears to be very random. The picture isn’t the best but the fuse is the 5amp in space F4 which is the one closest to the top of this photo.

The 5A glass fuse that is blowing is for the two heating elements that operate during electric mode

If that fuse is intermittently blowing then either you have a heating element starting to short out or more likely you have a damaged lower control board for your fridge.

Remove the wires at the terminal block and measure the resistance of the elements to determine if they are good

If yes then check the 120 power lead feed into the control board for looseness .. also look closely at the circuit board itself for evidence of overheating

Replaced the lower control board today, saw a couple of spots on it that were discolored/burned. Hoping that takes care of it. Thanks for the advice
