Fireplace bulb replacement

We have a 2010 Alpine 3500RE and the light bulbs in the fireplace have burned out. Everybody/thing/dealer says that we must pull out the fireplace to replace the bulbs. Question is....how do you get the fireplace out. No visiable screws in front or back that seem to help at all. Thanks!!

Can you tell us just a little bit more about the fireplace, please? Manufacturer, brand name and model information would be a good place to start.

Do you have the manuals for it? Typically, most RV appliances come with an owners manual and an installation manual. The installation manual will most likely tell you how to remove and replace the entire unit, but the owners manual may have instructions on replacing the bulbs.

If you do not have the manuals, have you looked online for them? With just a little bit of hunting, you can find manuals for just about anything these days.

Manual doesn't name a maker, which is odd, but the model number is BLT-999A-1/A2

OK, so you do have the manual. Is there anything in the manual that might tell how to replace the bulbs? Or how to get a install or service manual?

With just a bit of Googling, I found that this is probably the US distributor (or at least one of them) for the fireplace: http://www.clandmanufacturing.com

You might want to contact them if there is nothing helpful in the manual.

The fireplace in our 2012 Cougar Keystone 331MKS has "Greystone" on the lower front panel. Removing this panel exposes three bulbs that illuminate the fireplace.
