If the fuse is blowing rapidly every time you replace it and turn on a switch, then probably there is a short somewhere in the light circuit to the switch you're using. I'd guess there's probably a bare wire connected to the bulb socket, possibly the two wire nuts that connect the light fixture to the trailer wiring harness.
Check the other switches on the same fuse circuit, if it's only one that blows the fuse, it's in that fixture or the wires that feed it, if it's in every fixture and switch on that fuse, then it may very well be in the converter behind the fuse panel, if you decide to take it apart to look, please remember to unplug your trailer from 110VAC shore power because it runs through the same "converter box" and there are bare wires behind the circuit breaker panel which will be exposed if you're "searching the DC side"
