Generator mounting?

I'm pretty handy at fabricating, but I don't like doing things twice, and I sure there are a million things I've never seen. I am looking at a Generac QP40LP. I could fab up a rear TT mount, but I'm afraid of too much vibration destroying it. How dificult is it to install a compartment door(correctly) into the side of a TT? I was thinking about that option, and installing a set if heavy duty slides so it could be slid out to operate or service. Or how about a underbelly mount? Has anyone seen that? Just brain storming here. Any ideas?
