Jeson Radio Antenna wire is AWOL

My Hideout 2017 177LHS has a Jenson JWM1A radio installed in the cabinet under the sink. I have been getting terrible reception since i bought it in Oct 2016. I finally had some time to explore why and low and behold, there isn't even an antenna connected to it. Seems the installer forgot to hook up the most important part of a radio. Infact, it is no where to be seen.We planned on going to the dealer for a seminar on Travel Trailers this weekend and will for sure be asking them about this..just an FYI.. oh and when i turned the radio on during the Inspection before purchase, it worked.. fine.. Hum
