Please don't hurt yourself laughing when the TV weatherman gets all excited about nighttime temps plunging into the 30's.
Tour the old Spanish mission trail, including The Alamo. Great Mexican food too.
Let us know how it goes.......

GEARHEAD!!! Thanks for the link to the other site!
I think we are going to Admirality first because they are under new management, and the reviews have been generally good since April of this year. Then during the first month we will check out other parks and State areas as BobLandry said.
for that info, BOB.
Definitely getting tired of the Nebraska winters.
That's why we are going south in the winter, then north in the summer!
PARADISE is what we are constantly looking for! I totally understand the excited
weathermen in these fair-weather cities. Several years ago I was in central Florida in October. It was 64 degrees in the morning, and people were all bundled up with their hoods tied and still shivering! That's shorts weather for me!
As for attractions, my wife is especially looking forward to the Riverwalk! We will also do the Alamo, Sea World, etc. It's fun to go new places and see different things!
Thanks again both of you for your replies. I'll let you know how this works out.
