Tires seem to be the Achilles heel of the RV world. Choose carefully
I am a Goodyear Marathon fan.

I am actually replacing my Power King Tow Max's today with Uniroyal Lerado HDH LT tires. Had a blow out this past weekend with my Tow Max's and when I took them off I found another with a bad spot too. Had 6k miles on them. I did a ton of research and feel the Uniroyals will serve me well. Let the counter arguments began!! ...lol

If you do a search on this forum there is a lot of debate on what tires you should use some good and some bad information.
I for one did my own research and came to the conclusion for my needs the Michelins XPS Ribs would be the best tire for my needs. I replaced the ST235/80R/16 Power Kings with LT245/75R/16E having them mounted and balance for a little over $1400. I had them installed in April 2012 and now have about a year and half on them with no issues. The trailer seems to tow better and the tires do not seem to lose air pressure like the ST did. I put the camper in storage in October of 2012 and did not bring the camper out of storage until May of 2013, the tires only loss 5 PSI in air pressure in that time. I also have notice that the tires seem to run cooler than the ST tires that where on my camper. They tend to run about 5 to 10 degrees cooler regardless of ambient air temps.

Maxxis
I have never seen anyone complain about Maxxis ST tires, and I feel they are reasonably priced. I recently bought four ST225/75/R15E's for just over $700 out-the-door.

If your wheels are 15", I recommend the Maxxis LR E's as long as your wheels are rated for 80psi. If 16" I would recommend a good 10ply LR E tire that is properly rated for your max axle weights.

The GY Maratons seem to be a common tire on RV. Some people swear by them, others, at them. They are made in China, so if you are trying to get away from that, those are not for you. Maxxis are still made in an Asian country, but not China. I jusr put a set of their Load Range E 10 ply on my trailer because I couldn't find a suitable LT in 15".
LTs would have been my first choice, but you have to pay attention to the load ratings. many are below what comes on our trailers and going to them may not be better.
I have never had a blowout, but I replaced mine before I did have one. If I end up being unhappy with the Maxxis tires, I'll bite the bullet and replace rims and go to 16" tires.

Looking for Maxxis 8800 in Ontario
Anybody have a source for these tires in Ontario. Looking for LT225 75R15 E running Power Kings for three years and have 12,000miles on them. Still look good but I'm pushing my luck. Dont want to be one of those guys sitting on the side of the road changing tires.............
