Thanks once again all for the inputs- I love this community!
Update...all things here I have tried, but to whomever was on the "voltage" suggestion may be the winner here.
When I hooked up and drove away to my storage yard (utility boxes the city wont move prevent me from utilizing my RV gate), I strangely decided to open the panel and press the power button. Weird. Now it came to life!! I could detach now via power...but there's more.
The motors sounded very weak. Faults on ever corner also. Rear landing gear will not come back up when I try- shuts off the control pad. So...even though I'm on the solar (200 series), apparently I'm not getting enough charge on the batteries when I leave the power on. Naively (?) I thought I could- unless there's a phantom draw? I even climbed up on the roof to ensure my panel wasn't caked with dust or what have you preventing most effective charging.
I spoke to Lippert again- great folks- and the guy I spoke with happened to be an a/c tech formerly, so he's sure it's voltage related. I switched off the battery power and will go check it tomorrow, see if my batteries have recovered enough that the system is fully functional to do a reset.
More learning as I go...correcting wrong assumptions, etc. Dang I'm an idiot, apparently- but I'm ok with that as it's a starting point.
