Structural slide issue

Our 2018 Retreat 39ft Loft has 3 slides.
The livingroom 14 ft slide has a dip directly in the center of the slide.
Water collects and then flows under the seal and into our camper.
I am 2 months out of warranty but this problem just didn't happen. It just showed itself due to a ton of rain we've received.
I have spoken to 2 different Keystone customer service representatives, sent pictures to both and was promised that they would get back to us in a timely manor. Now they are just completely ignoring us and refuse to reply to any emails we send.
So we'll hire a contractor to repair our camper, at our expense... then hire an attorney to try and recover our expenses. We like our camper but would not buy another Keystone or recommend Keystone to anyone based solely on our customer service experience.

Roofs on an RV are maintenance hogs and the owner's manual will basically tell you so when they say they need to be inspected/maintained every 90 days and after 90 days they are the owner's responsibility, not Keystone's....nor does the warranty cover them. As far as being "structural", after over 3 years of ownership and who knows what kind of maintenance it would be nigh unto impossible to prove that. Obviously the roof didn't just "poof" and drop in the middle over night and the question will be about ongoing maintenance, documentation and why that "dip" wasn't seen prior to 3 years.

Of course you can retain an attorney. and if you have pockets deep enough, fight Keystone's legal team (free to them) until you have spent enough to buy a new RV and still have your suit denied...... Just sayin...

Honestly I don't see this as a maintenance issue other than maybe an owner would notice the wiper seal not touching the membrane where the dip is. My guess is 14' is a long span and it needed a larger header to support the weight. I am curious what the correct fix is for this.

Have you taken this to a dealer yet to have it inspected? If not, this would be the first step in getting this documented and a repair request submitted with Keystone

Keep us advised how the lawyer thing works out. Of course the ending of that will be years from now. You should get a free 1 hour talk before you sign up and maybe give them a pile of money. The ones who work for free until case is settled tend to be slower, but if your willing to put 10,000 down as a retainer it might go faster.

What is your plan for repair? 14 feet is a long span, and I suspect the Facia screws have begun to fail.
