Adjustable wooden table in Residence

Our 2021 Residence has a dinette table that is supposed to adjust-- a leaf slides in and out. But it is now stuck. When the trailer was first delivered, it worked fine; but when we went to open it up a few days ago, it was very tight and hard to move. We were able to get it out once, and then have gotten it mostly back in, but-- cannot move it in any further, or out any further. We are pretty sure the wood has swollen due to high humidity where we are. Anyone successfully dealt with this before? I have considered getting a de-humidifier, to see if that would reduce humidity enough for the wood to return to normal size, also, wondering about lubricant -- is there a particular kind that should be used on this material? And finally, have wondered if we need to "shave" the arms down a bit so even if swollen, they don't stick so much. Open to suggestions.

Hard to visualize your table. Take pictures and post using the GO ADVANCED function below the QUICK REPLY dialog box. Attach Files will allow you to select an image(s). If I had to lube something like your table I would probably use silicon spray for a first try but there are others who will likely have better suggestions. Good luck.

pictures of Keystone adjustable table

Someone suggested I include pictures; it's hard to photograph, but these are of the inside where the "arms" for the adjusting are, and then one of when it is closed.

The humidity dropped yesterday, and I was able to open it fully (as you see in pics); now not sure about getting it retracted again, though, fully opened as it is, I can easily lubricate it if that is the better solution. (or even shave the arms down a bit)

Thanks for any help.
