Challenger 32 TIB ALMOST NO HEAT IN BEDROOM

I just bought a 2002 Challenger 32 TIB ... Love it, except for the bedroom heat problem. After a lot of research , I find that it is a very common problem in fifth wheels .... SO ... here is what I am thinking about doing...

My kitchen has an L-Shaped island for counter / sink.
The heater unit is under that.
I am considering , disconnecting the dryer hose to the bedroom, adding a new hose to a 4" round vent ... mounting it on the panel facing the steps to the bedroom ... and making THAT my heat supply. I believe it would be much better than the DRIBBLE of heat going there now.

Will post photos in a few weeks when I accomplish it.

Your distribution hose to the bedroom could be squashed somewhere. You might want to check that. We have the opposite problem with the bathroom and bedroom floor vents only 18" apart, a normal 68 degree setting (thermostat in hall to BR, makes us way too hot at night. We set it for 60 which results in a LR temp of 57, but comfy under the covers in bed.
