New BBQ Sticky

Members are encouraged to check out the new Sticky "Gas Grill & Camp Stove Conversions" developed and submitted by Bob Landry, one of our Senior Members. You can find this Sticky in the Modifications and Upgrades section of our forum.

From time-to-time, we get questions about how to convert a Gas BBQ Grill or Camp Stove into one that makes use of the quick disconnect propane outlet on our RV's. Bob has the answers to these questions along with some excellent photos.

Hats off to Bob for taking the time and effort to develop this tutorial which will be of great interest and assistance to our members - old and new.

Bob

Bob's BBQ Conversion

Dear Keystone Forum,

I apologize for replying to Bob’s BBQ sticky, I didn’t realize that I was doing something wrong. I’ve since read your note under Bob’s sticky main folder and it won’t have again.

In my reply, I asked Bob by adding the QC to the Weber BBQ valve if the 11’ WC was maintained and the setup is able to achieve the BBQ’s 8,500 BTU. (the propane nibble and QC purchased from Propane Products have structure inside both) Does anyone know the answer?

Thx

Not to fret or apologize for doing something "wrong" - you didn't. In most forum's, stickies are there in some form primarily as a stand-alone tutorial and are not designed for members to add comments, questions or other replies.

If the sticky/tutorial was left open to posts, it would lose its value and purpose as an instructional tool or aid.

I will check the sticky to see that if it has been "Closed" and if not, I will do that.

Again, it's not a big deal and you won't be sent to the principal's office.
