Make sure it’s night time

Wife and I did our first solo trip in her parents TT before purchasing our own. As most of you probably know or for the ones not aware (like us at the time) but if you want to make the trailer rock back and forth from inside the bedroom, it’s probably best to do it when it’s dark so the entire camp doesn’t see it during daylight hours, literally. Little embarrassing after the fact realizing the trailer can move that much

30 seconds of rocking in the daylight probably wont draw much attention.

Just means you need to set the stabilizer jacks a bit more rigid.

OK....I've had a long week, but...this invites some observations...maybe Chuck had it right - add some jacks to keep it rigid..........

"add some jacks to keep it rigid.........." And all along I thought this was a family forum. Danny, can we all assume you're going to be loading up on the oysters tonight on the seafood platter?

Are her parents on this forum? Just sayin......
Try to do your best to avoid the topic at Thanksgiving dinner.

Well the OP has done his best to titillate the senior citizens. Can we get back to discussing tires and tow vehicles (ad nauseum)?

And don't forget that a lit interior and pleated shades makes a wonderful shadow show! Double up with curtains or turn the lights out.

BAL Lock-arms or JT Strong Arms...for sure!

Besides "relations" I have teens who flop like dead fish at bedtime. The lock arms are 100% better!

Limit the discussion to tires ???? Hmmmmmm

This thread brings to mind a patient I had years ago. He was 98, a widower, in excellent health for his age and in "great shape for any age".

He came in one day for his regular exam, bright, smiling broadly and especially happy. I asked him how he was doing and he said he had found a "youngen" and was courting her. (ALARMS went off immediately at the "youngen" comment). He went on to explain that he met her at church, she was only 87 and that he needed some of those pills that "make it hard for 4 hours".

Well, by the end of the exam, I wrote him an Rx for Viagra, congratulated him on his "new lease on life" and at the next exam, he told me they were getting married and that he was happier than he'd been in years.

So, no, "age" is not a factor in "being too old to rock the trailer" and I've no doubt that for some, they may even want to "rock the trailer during daylight" just to show they still can......

Now that I think about it.....

YMMV.

Seafood platter is not tonite. Just got back from the fish place with a couple of pounds of shrimp to makes "something".....I just haven't figured out what that is. Had to stay in a new campground so trying to get our bearings and figure out which end is up.

Just a couple nights ago I made my daughter my bang bang shrimp pasta (she eats no red meat) and I get to fire it up (Sriracha is good for you) because the little ones don't care for it anyway. Sadly it was not made from Royal Reds, but it was great none the less. Not my business, but why the change of RV parks? Are y'all in a different area this year?

Our regular park is torn up while they expand and put in a lot of new stuff. They said they would make a spot for us but it is a mess with all kinds of construction, trenching etc. Puppy would go nuts so we came down the road a ways to a country club golf resort place. Don't golf but it is still close to our favorite places.
