GE air conditioner

I know this is me being paranoid. But we have had 1 AC go out before, it was less than a year old. But......
We just pulled into an RV Park. It was about 78 outside and we turned on the AC. It was blowing super cold air. Now that the temp has dropped outside the air doesn't feel as cold anymore. The camper is about 71 and my setpoint t is 70. Outside is around 66-68. It this a functio. Of the ac cycle and outside being to cold? Could I be having another issue with my ac?
