In command phone app
Okay my in command phone app was working just fine for over two years. Now it will not connect with the in command panel. Any suggestions?

Good afternoon. As a legacy edition owner with iN·Command, my first stop would be to make sure that my giggy box is turned on and that the RV is powered. After that, I would make sure my blue tooth is turned on for my phone. Then make sure my phone is seeing the iN·Command. If all is right after that, I would reset the BCM and retry

That is done. Camper is connected to shore power in command works from panel just phone app won’t connect to it.

Make sure you have Blue Tooth turned on, on your phone.
This happened to me once.
The phone app will launch just fine, but wouldn't connect.
Turned out that I had turned off Blue Tooth on the phone, which needs to be active for the app to connect.
If that still fails, then try restarting your phone.
And finally, uninstall the app and reinstall if all else fails.
Very likely the issue is with your phone and not In-Command itself.

You might also check in Settings to ensure all the Apps in In-Command are up to date.

Try deleting the connection on both phone and iN·Command. Then go through the set up again to pair. Recommend do both Bluetooth and wifi. Doesn’t happen often, but find that clears it up.
And having most recent version of app and iN·Command is also important.

Thanks, have tried that, including deleting and installing the app.

Fixed
There was a power button on top right of control panel, the nice lady at ASA made me aware of. Powered off/on works as intended. Dumb ole country boy.

I just had the exact same issue. After trying everything I knew, I connected the panel to my home Wi-Fi and downloaded and installed the updates to 3parts of the system - there are 3 files. You can get the full instructions on the InCommand web site.
Once that was done I deleted the phone app and removed the blue-tooth connection in my phone.
Next I retried to pair the phone and it worked first time. Then I downloaded and re-installed the app and works perfectly again. New app/software even allows for face recognition now!

Related humor -- excerpts from mail I recently sent to ASA, and their response:
Quote:
Last time you offered an update for your app, it said there was a new addon that handled Ring cameras. Since I happen to have one installed in my trailer, I activated that feature. So far, all it ever does is launch my Ring app (to a somewhat inconvenient screen) and transfer to it. I looked on your website to see what advantage you offered in including the camera function in your app, over me just launching my Ring app myself, and I can't find any mention on your website of the new feature. So could you tell me what feature I gain by including the cameras in the inCommand app? Thanks.

They replied:

The advantage is not having to leave the iN Command application to launch the Ring app.

You know, I've always wanted to launch Yelp without leaving my inCommand app. Hope they add that!
