Wiper Seal Replacement

Don’t remove any trim on the exterior. Extend the slide about 6 inches and then use a ladder to inspect the outside seal.

Remove to top INNER facia, then extend the slide about 3/4 of the way out. The top layer is held on with brads and the bottom layer is held on with squarehead #2 screws. Make note of the position of each piece.

I saw that when I had the slide extended, it’s the rubber seal on the inside of the camper behind the cabinets it’s on the top when I love the slide in it pulls away from the top of the slide

Then the BEST and EASIEST WAY to inspect/repair is what I described.

If your uncomfortable doing it, have a mobile RV tech come out or take it in to a repair facility.

So basically if I take off the outer wiper seal I can access the inner one from the outside

It depends on the type of wiper seal installed at the factory. There are "one piece" (clam shell) and separate seals so thats why I said to inspect BOTH.

Thanks, how did you get at your bulb seal?

On the outside I put up a small scaffold and put the slideout out about 10", slides off and check inside the ends for a screw.
