Security/ outdoor lights not working?

Hi not sure if anybody can help me have a 2018 328RL travel nurse so almost living full time in camper. Can’t get my exterior lights to work have checked the fuses can’t imagine all the bulbs went bad at once? Anyone have any thoughts on what to try before I make a call for my extended warranty?
Thanks in advance

In what manner were the fuses checked? A multimeter checking continuity is about the safest bet... visual can be deceiving. Do you have "InCommand" or are you using switches to turn on these lights? If so, have you check to see if there is power to one or all the switches?

If the security lights you are talking about are the two round lights, they easily could both have burned out bulbs. They usually just have automotive type bulbs, but can be upgraded to LED bulbs that should last much longer. If I remember right, our lights take 1156 bulbs, and the LED versions are readily available.

If I recall, all the exterior lights are on the same circuit (awning light, hitch light, dump valve light, and porch light). I would start there.

2018 Outback 324CG - same issue

Interested in if you ever got it working.

Outside "awning" lights just stopped working (the amber lights and the LED light strip under the awning).
- The "security" light at the front of the trailer still works.
- We have the "touch panel" for lights and stuff.
- ALL 12V fuses are good and the circuit exhibits blown-fuse indication when the fuses are pulled.
- It was late when I was notified of the problem so this weekend will start by checking that the relay activated by the touch-screen is working.
- Since all 3 lights went out at the same time, it has to be a common problem, and I reallly hope that they aren't wired in series (like old Christmas lights - that would be really dumb, but maybe cheaper so...... yeah. Cheap *** manufacturing practices.)

- I'll check the bulbs first and see if it is just as simple as a series circuit.
- 2nd thing will be to pull the panel and check the relay
- 3rd thing will be to check continuity from the panel to the bulb-holders.

They were working up until the last rainstorm we had. Might try just a reboot of the trailers electrical system too, but since everything else is working, that is unlikely.
