Hideout shower gasket and drain plug

Double situation on my Hideout shower / tub.

The shower won't engage, guessing due to this o ring that fell out. How does it go back in?

Meanwhile, the drain plug came apart. The tip separated from the plug. Needs some glue?

You should have an access panel on the front of the pan, drain is threaded and a large nut tightens from underneath.
