Uneven slideout on TT

So... had the TT out for a weekend getaway a week or so ago, and the wife noted that there was a gap of about 1.5" at the lower corner at one end of the 'super' slide (dinette + couch). Enough to allow for a nice cold draft on an early season trip!

Everything seems to come in just fine, but when the slide goes 'out', that front end doesn't seem to push out quite as far as the other.

Are we looking at something damaged here, or just out of adjustment somehow?
