Leaky Air-Bed

Hello. We have a Courgar 29 FKS with a couch that folder out into a queen size bed. The mattress for the bed is a auto inflate type that keeps slowly losing air while you sleep on it. We don't see any holes or hear any air leaking. Anyone have any ideas about how to find the leak?

Spray with a soapy water solution while inflated. Mix a small medicine cup of Dawn into a windex bottle of water.
99% of the time it shows your leak and it shouldn't stain.
Also good to apply new decals to the TT

One of the first things I had to do in my Outback 277RL was to repace the worthless air bed with a good Intex air mattress. I was lucky ... I had a really big hole.

The drain valve in the foot of the mattress has a silicone ring in it, any particle of dust or dirt will cause it not to seal well and it will leak down. Go online and find the mattress instructions (if you don't have them in your owner's packet) and there are instructions on how to remove and clean the valve. We had the same problem and once we cleaned it, it's held air for 3 or 4 days at a time without leaking down.

Hope this helps.

I also had a problem but found a small leak where the drain valve was glued into the matress. Used water and soap to find it.
