Thanks for the welcome....

We love the smaller size of the 245, easy to tow, park etc. and yet plenty of storage.

One recommendation I have is to put some vents, top and bottom in the bathroom door, keeps the bathroom closer to room temp. I took 4 3"x10" vents from HD and cut out the door and placed the vents over the holes, keeps the air flowing.
