I don’t know if it’ll fit yours, but it’ll fit mine. It’s a pretty standard size, though I don’t know what your Cougar’s handle looks like.

Cougar uses FIC locksets. You can purchase complete replacement locks, just the keys, or keys with cylinders.
If you want to re-key your existing door lock, you can get the kit with one dual mastered cylinder and one non-mastered cylinder for just $4.50.
Need extra keys and know your key number? They have that, too.

What’s one dual mastered cylinder and one non-mastered cylinder?

The series 900 locks in sdaymans post are an exact replacement for the FIC locks. I just did mine and it took 10 minutes for each door, I have 2 and they are all keyed the same and not on the little red FIC master. Even got keys with LED's in them to make it easier to find the doors at night. Funny we just did this thread in repairs under stuck dead bolt and on the RV net forum. How weird is that

The non-mastered cylinder can not be opened with a master key if I remember correctly.

However, bennydog's information may be more useful for those that wish to install replacements that do not use the FIC master at all:

bennydog, you're right, this is a carbon copy of the conversation we had a few weeks ago. However, it's a very valid concern and bears repeating. And maybe it's time to start building a FAQ of Keystone info like this...

Steve
Or make it a sticky. Maybe a topic along the lines of securing our trailers. I'm planning a trip for next year where after traveling 2200 miles we'll be able to to drop the trailer in Prince Rupert BC and spend a week on the Alaska Marine Highway touring South East Alaska. Really trying to wrap my head around making sure when we return that the batteries, LP bottles, and the the contents of the trailer are still in tack. The locks were a first step however mostly driven by wanting 1 key to open all four cylinders. Off the master was a bonus.
