AIRXCEL Thermostat Dead

Happy Saturday...I have a 2020 Outback 335CG and randomly...my main cabin thermostat is dead. Manual says that it gets its power from somewhere in the unit but I have ZERO voltage at the TStat. Anyone else have this issue and have any suggestions? Thx all

Some Tstats get 12V from the control box in the AC return duct. Remove the ceiling panel and you should be able to see the control box. It should have a wiring diagram printed on a label.
