Storage door hinge malfunction

My storage door (maybe slam lock?) has separated from the hinge. Any advice on how to repair would be helpful. TIA Click image for larger version

Its probably riveted. Just drill new holes and put in new rivets...Its what we do.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.

It looks like one or both exterior hinge screws need to be removed first, then it slides out? Correct? Thanks
