No gas at all.

Hello,
Brand new here. Just purchased a 2012 ultra lite bullet 294 and with new, full propane tanks I can't get water heater/stove going. Great spark at the water heater but no gas. Not sure if this matters but I also have a dead 12v battery.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum

First off if the battery is dead, you must be plugged into shore power, otherwise you wouldn’t get any spark.

Turn your propane crylinders off. Disconnect the lines ( pigtails) at the cylinder. Let them sit for 15 seconds and then hook them back up. Turn on the cylinder SLOWLY. If you have 2 tanks with a switchover make sure it’s pointed to the tank you turned on. Post back what happens. You may want to start by lighting the stove first.

Everything that works off gas is 12 volt controlled. You must have a good battery or plugged in 110 and the converter will then supply the 12 volts to control it. Also as stated bleed air out of gas line with the stove.
