AC Question for 2019 Keystone Raptor

I have three Dometic AC's in my 44' Raptor Toy Hauler. The living room AC makes an odd noise when shutting down in comparison to the other two. The service dept. when we bought it said that was normal, but recently a different service department says it is not supposed to do that and they want to work on it. I don't trust either of the service departments. Has anybody got any ideas? Thanks, Jim

What kind of noise? If it’s under warranty I would let the shop that said it isn’t normal work on it. Dometic appliances can have a 2 year warranty so it shouldn’t cost you anything unless they find consumer caused damage.
