Roof maintenance

Hi guys, we finally got a break in the weather, so I'm looking at the roof before I cover it up & leave it for the winter. I watched the Keystone RV video about , but I'm guessing I should not be standing on my Bullet's roof. Any tips for getting everything squeaky clean?

These two "tools", a water hose with nozzle, some Dawn blue dishwashing detergent and an afternoon of your time. (Adult beverages optional)

John, if one does have a few adult beverages do you think the roof would turn out cleaner?

scrubbed!

Thanks again!

No adult beverages required. I don't think I'd want to consume one until after I got off the roof, anyway. (There might have been some ice cream involved, however...) I have to say, the invaluable tool I used was a pair of rain pants.

On to the PermaPro cover!

Rain pants??? Aren't they "rubber pants" for adults??? LOL

As for the cover, you might want to do some research on the forum about issues caused by covers and then decide whether or not you want to be in the 50% who "swear by them" or the 50% who "swear at them".... The consensus is pretty well divided as to whether they help or whether they do more damage than good.... Do some reading, then decide.

Good Luck

Not rubber pants, lol. I'm not in that age category!

I did do some reading on the covers and decided to give it a whirl. We got the cover on, which was like making a very large bed in a brisk wind, but it got done.
